Love LILAC ….. Back home when young, mom soaked me on lilac perfume 😀
Always bought lots of genuine essence Russian made perfume of roses, gardenia and lilac.
Great perfume for men. 😉
wow, i had no idea lilac made great aromas for men, love the smell. i know Russia is famous for their lilac displays, i like to plant near the windows so the fragrance drifts in… so good 🙂
thank you, i need some here, haven’t planted any yet, didn’t try to move any of the ones i planted in previous homes. but the way i get mine is from old wild ones that are overgrown 😉 … it’s great to go “shopping” after a rain with your shovel lol. i want to use them as part of privacy fence here.
sometimes 🙂 find lots of old fashioned flower beds . i found some good antiques also venturing into old houses. just have to watch out for the raccoons or other critters that may have taken over 😉

Yup, next to the window is great….Tip for strong fragrance ???….Grow the old variety, not the cross high-breed in the shops or nurseries. 😉
