Fragaria vesca ~ Woodland Strawberry

  1. I have saved SOME SEEDS OF THESE WILD STRAWBERRY, but never planted, fruits are not sweet enough, instead, they make good ground cover….Got ( Bought ) my self tho this week, some 10 seeds of ” Oregon grape ” ( Mahonia Repens ) bushes….Can’t wait to see them out and going.
Fruits are edible, and plants are not as wild, and out of hand by spreading.
